Since opening in Jan 2025, we serve an impressive selection of delicious ciders and menu boasts, everything from hearty comfort foods to innovative small plates. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff create the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a meal with friends or family.
Meet the Owner
Rustic Tables is the vision of Stephanie Fitzpatrick, whose energy for family, animals, and great food drives everything we do. Born and raised in Red Hook, Stephanie founded Hidden Hollow Farm Riding Center in 1993 as a therapeutic riding nonprofit. She has coached Special Olympics equestrian and skiing, volunteers as an EMT, and remains deeply active in her community, always ready to help.
